Munich: like living in the fragile remains of a fairytale.





Hedelweiss at viktualienmarkt. Everything was so beautiful, and food so tasty.
I want more bavarian bread! Really different from french bread: thick but not heavy, subtily melting in your mouth with its unique taste of cereals and brown wholemeal.
Sunflower seeds crisping under your teeth... with rosted sausages full of paprika, long pepper and other spices...
